there are times when i really get annoyed with my parents. dad wakes me up this morning, kinda early..830, and says breakfast. alright..that's fine. i get downstairs, pour some orange juice into a glass and he says that i should dilute it with water and gives me all of these reasons for doing so. ok, first of all, i have diluted my oj with water before and it tastes like orange juice with water. apparently the taste is still supposed to be there, but it mostly tastes like orange flavored water..with alot of orange. then mom comes down and says, instead of "good morning" or something to that affect, says "dad says you're out of money." well, good morning to you too. anyway, they keep talking about this stuff and i swear i'm going to just scream at them. I'm supposed to get copeland money back and one option to do with this is to use part of the money to buy books. Dad says "books that further your educational endeavors..not harry potter" well, luckily for you, dad, the bookstore doesn't sell harry potter. the mom comes out with "you know the kind of book dad is talking about?" GOOD LORD! like i haven't bought schools books for 7 years! geezus, they're making it VERY easy for me to want to leave home. I mean, it's true that i hide the occasional non-school book..but i would like to make it very clear, that whenever i walk into that wilson bookstore at hte beginning of semesters, every single purchase i have made there has to do with school in some form.
Maybe it's me..maybe it's them. I'm not quite sure what to do about this situation. they don't seem to realize that alot of my money goes to horseback..well, ok, the horseback i could probably do without, but it also goes to gas. I try to skimp out on buying gas, which means that i drive as little as possible, i run my tank down to the very last notch. grrr...
